‘Harry Potter’ marathon hits IMAX theaters

Excited for “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them?” IMAX and Warner Bros. want to get you even more pumped. The two announced Monday they will be showing the “Harry Potter” series for an entire week in IMAX theaters, starting Thursday, Oct. 13.

Regal Gateway Stadium 16‘s and Bob Bullock Museum’s IMAX theaters will be showing the Harry Potter series from Oct. 13 through Oct. 20. IMAX also advertised Day Access tickets, which allow ticket holders admittance to three or more shows in one day; Four-Show Access, which let ticket-holders into any four showings, any day; and Festival Access tickets, which are good for the entire week. Packages and tickets available will vary from theater to theater, according to IMAX.

So cancel all your plans and grab some cases of butterbeer, because seeing Harry, Hermione and Ron on the biggest screens hasn’t happened in a long time.

Movie-goers will also be given a sneak peek to “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” due to open in November.
