Why do you have to fight with Drake at the Houston Cheesecake Factory? You know he loves to go there.

The rapper was spotted in his Canada away from Canada (Texas) last week, filming a music video for his hit “Child’s Play,” the Houston Chronicle reports. Whether as part of filming or not, Drake made a point to stop at his favorite chain while in H-Town.

The song “Child’s Play” includes the lyrics: “Why you gotta fight with me at Cheesecake/You know I love to go there/Say I’m actin’ lightskin, I can’t take you nowhere/This a place for families that drive Camrys and go to Disney/They don’t need to know all of our business.”

As Instagram videos show, the family friendly restaurant wasn’t the 6 God’s only stop in Houston. Drake was also seen filming at another favorite joint (mentioned in songs “No Tellin'” and “Believe Me”) steakhouse/strip club V Live.

Drake, who will kick off his “Summer Sixteen” tour here in Austin tomorrow, has shown extra affection for the Lone Star State, particularly Houston, throughout his career. According to Fader, this is because the rapper first signed with label Young Money in the adopted hometown.

While Austin has only two Cheesecake Factory locations, maybe Drake can grab a bite after tomorrow’s show at another Camry-filled parking lot — the Chili’s on 45th and Lamar.
