1. Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to air tonight.

Angels are scheduled to walk the Earth tonight — or at least the runway. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air tonight at 9 p.m. on CBS. Featuring top models like Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, and Candice Swanepoel, and a few newcomers, like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, the show is credited with helping the company make billions of dollars in sales each year. The show will also include performances by the Weeknd, Ellie Goulding and Selena Gomez.

2. Do Taylor Swift and Jared Leto have “Bad Blood”?

Taylor Swift’s got one more thing to shake off. TMZ recently released a video, they say was recorded a few months ago, showing Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto saying a few rude things about Swift’s music. The video shows Leto playing and critiquing songs from her “1989” album with Thirty Seconds to Mars bandmates. Leto took to Twitter to apologize for the incident saying the truth is he thinks Swift’s “amazing.”

3. Alamo Drafthouse sponsoring Star Wars movie marathon contest.

Alamo Drafthouse is pulling out all the stops for the premiere of the new “Star Wars” movie. The theater will host a special movie marathon contest that will give seven winners the chance to binge watch the first six films of the series starting 4 a.m. Dec. 17. After that it will be a last-man-standing competition in which viewers will watch “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” on repeat until they give up. Nobody invite Shia Labeouf.

4. Today marks the 35th anniversary of John Lennon’s death.

35 years ago today Beatles legend John Lennon was shot five times and killed by “local screwball” Mark David Chapman. His wife Yoko Ono paid witness to the murder, which Chapman later apologized for by saying “I am sorry for being such an idiot and choosing the wrong way for glory.” You can read how different news outlets originally reported on the event here.

5. Duran Duran to play Austin360 Ampitheater next year.

Following the release of new album “Paper Gods” earlier this year Duran Duran is set to hit the road. The band has released its scheduled tour dates including an April 22 performance at the Austin360 Ampitheater.
