If you paused after hearing Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders speak for the first time and scanned your brain for who exactly he reminds you of, you weren’t alone. SNL hit the nail on the balding-head when they cast billionaire curmudgeon and “Seinfeld” co-creator Larry David to play Sanders in the show’s parody of the first Democratic debate. Just as in years past, Shiner Bock has debuted specially designed Fun Fun Fun Fest beer cans, but no longer will you have to actually attend the festival to get your hands on one. The cans will be available at any bar or store where Shiner is sold, starting first with the Mohawk. Designed by Austin brand development agency McGarrah Jessee, the cans will be available at the Mohawk starting today.

Oprah Winfrey added an expensive item to her “favorite things” list when she paid $43.2 million for a 10 percent stake in weight loss assistant company Weight Watchers, causing shares to nearly double Monday. Prior the announcement the company’s shares had been down 73 percent for the year. Winfrey will also serve as a new spokesperson for the company, using its products and program to lose weight herself.
